We want you to learn about Grubbx and work on your brand independently. This statement covers the public website and platform, our objective and how to report barriers.
1. Objective
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a design and improvement target. This is not certification or a claim of full conformance. No comprehensive audit has been documented that establishes every page and feature meets every criterion.
2. Areas of focus
We work toward clearly named navigation, keyboard-operable actions, visible focus, sufficient text contrast and reading layouts supporting small screens and zoom. Animation should respect reduced-motion preferences. Forms need labels and understandable errors; informative images and media need appropriate alternatives.
3. Limitations and generated content
Visual tools, previews, uploaded resources and AI outputs may present barriers. Generating an image does not guarantee appropriate alternative text, contrast or legibility. Review these before publishing or printing. Authentication and payments include external components; report barriers to Grubbx so we can seek an alternative and raise the issue with the provider.
4. Report a barrier
Email hola@grubbx.com, subject “Accessibility”, with the page or tool, intended task and obstacle. Browser or assistive technology details are optional. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or justify a disability. Do not send passwords or payment details.
We will seek an accessible way to assist with your task and communicate next steps. Round-the-clock telephone support and a fixed resolution time are not offered. A barrier should not prevent support, cancellation or exercising rights.
5. Follow-up
Issues will be assessed by their effect on essential tasks and included in product improvements. This statement will be updated for evaluation findings or material changes. Submitted information follows the privacy notice.
