Copyright policy
Revision:
Draft for review. Confirm the operator’s identity and address before publishing this version.
Grubbx respects copyright, trademarks and image rights. This policy explains reporting suspected infringement in material hosted or published through the service. It does not claim a registered DMCA agent or an unverified legal status.
1. Submit a claim
Email hola@grubbx.com, subject “Intellectual property”, with your name and contact, the work, trademark or right affected, your relationship to its owner, the exact material URL or identifier and an explanation of the allegedly unauthorized use. Include relevant ownership or representation evidence, a good-faith statement that the information is accurate, and your signature or electronic identification. Do not send unrelated personal documents.
2. Assessment and measures
Grubbx may request further information, temporarily restrict material or remove it on sufficient grounds or as legally required. A notice alone does not establish infringement. Permissions, licenses and statutory exceptions will be considered. Affected users will be informed where possible, including how to request review.
3. Request review
If you believe a mistake occurred, provide the resource identifier, explanation and supporting license or evidence. Necessary information may be shared with the claimant to address the case under the privacy notice. Automatic restoration on a DMCA timetable is not promised; any applicable specific legal procedure will follow its requirements and deadlines.
4. Repeat infringement and abuse
Established or repeated infringement may lead to restrictions or closure proportionate to severity. Knowingly false claims may also create liability. This process does not replace a judicial determination or restrict either party’s rights before competent authorities.
5. Library resources and AI outputs
Fonts, icons and other resources retain their licenses when downloaded from Grubbx. Do not remove required attribution or redistribute files contrary to their conditions. AI generation does not guarantee exclusivity or registrability; input and output rights are described in the platform terms.
