1. Service provider
Trading name: Grubbx. Operator and address: Operator identity, address and country awaiting confirmation. Contact: hola@grubbx.com. A trading name does not by itself identify an incorporated company. Provider information must match contracting and billing documents.
2. What to expect
The platform supports strategy, voice, visual identity, logos, palettes, typography and brand applications, depending on available features and the purchased plan. Generated proposals require human review before publication, registration, printing or commercial use.
Grubbx does not guarantee sales, profitability, rankings, exclusivity, domain availability or registration approval. Fictional brands and demonstration examples illustrate the product; they are not customer testimonials or verified outcomes. Actual testimonials must be identified and represented accurately.
3. AI and professional review
AI may produce errors, similarities to existing content, unreadable text or unsuitable elements. Review accuracy, legibility, suitability and third-party rights before use. Registering a name or logo requires appropriate searches and professional review: generation is not an IMPI availability opinion or legal advice.
Strategy and business resources provide general information, not individualized legal, tax or professional advice. This scope does not excuse Grubbx from delivering what it offered or remedying attributable failures.
4. External resources and providers
A Grubbx license does not replace a third-party font, icon, photograph or other license. A provider link does not imply affiliation or endorsement unless expressly stated. Processing a file does not acquire another person’s image or trademark rights.
